When I was just two years old...
I experienced severe second and third-degree burns that covered more than half of my body. This incident was truly life-changing. However, it has proven to be a pivotal chapter in my path toward resilience and self-discovery. The extensive years of undergoing treatments and surgeries have been a profound teacher, instilling in me qualities of inner strength, patience, and an unwavering belief in the indomitable human spirit.

Where I received my BS in Organizational Management. Even from a young age, I had the heart of an entrepreneur, whether it was selling pens in grade school or candies on my grandma’s porch in the DR when I was just 10 years old.
During my college days...
The so-called "freshman 15" turned into the "sophomore 35". 😅 This phase of weight gain, coupled with years of toxic relationships, really took a toll on my physical and emotional well-being. But I chose to rise above it. I kicked bad habits, embraced fitness, and began a journey of self-transformation.
Becoming a mother to two wonderful boys...
while juggling a full-time corporate job proved to be quite demanding. This journey led me through a period of depression and physical ailments and eventually being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. However, despite these obstacles, I discovered the importance of prioritizing mental well-being and self-care.

I understand the importance of community, especially for women. I am living proof that we can turn our struggles into strengths, and I believe in empowering each other through our individual journeys. 💕 That's why I'm creating a dedicated space where we can focus on our physical and mental wellness together.
